Richard has been providing mortgage and protection advice in Limavady since 1994, initially with Halifax Property Services, and with DMC Properties & Mortgages since 2001.
He provides a professional approach to his client's needs, whether they are buying a new property, remortgaging to a better deal or buying property for investment.
Richard is genuinely passionate about the service he provides to clients and is keen to work with every individual to ensure that they are financially protected and well planned for the future. It is through this approach that he has built up a loyal client bank of satisfied customers.
He understands that 'talking finance' can be dull and easily left to another day. What sets him apart is his ability to explain clearly with no unnecessary jargon and create a suitable structure and plan for clients to understand.

Outside of work Richard is a keen sports enthusiast and participates in local Parkrun events on Saturday mornings.
Jayne has over 25 years experience within the banking and financial services sector. She joined DMC Properties & Mortgages in September 2007, previously working with Ulster Bank as a retail manager and a mortgage training consultant.
Jayne gains personal job satisfaction in helping people understand the mortgage process and the need to protect that mortgage properly to ensure they are secure and happy home owners. She has the ability to break down the house buying process into easy to understand steps, together with a reassuring helping hand, making the process less stressful for her clients.
Jayne lives in Limavady and is married with two boys. She likes to spend time with her family and friends outside of work.
Heather McFarland, Alice Conn and Paul McIvor have many years combined experience in various areas of fnancial services. They are often the first point of contact for many clients, ensuring that they are well looked after and any enquiries are dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Their main role is assisting the Financial Advisers, Richard and Jayne, in packaging and administering cases from application through to completion. During this process, the admin team can be contacted by the client for regular updates and rest assured confidentiality is a priority for all cases.
They play a key role in the smooth operation of the office and ensure clients receive a first class service.
